From the moment you walk in, you’ll feel it — the energy is warm, upbeat, and genuinely family-oriented. Our team sets the tone, but honestly, so do our patients. Community and conversation happen naturally here, between adjustments and in the lobby and everywhere in between.

Two Visits, One Plan
Your First & Second Visit
1. Your First Visit — Insight Scans
When you arrive, you’ll sit down with a doctor to dig into your paperwork together — your concerns, health history, and goals. From there, we’ll run your thermal nervous system scans, which give our doctors concrete data about stress within your nervous system so every adjustment is personalized to you, not a best guess.
To close out the visit, your doctor will complete a thorough chiropractic exam. If they determine it’s appropriate to begin treatment that day, they’ll walk you through every step before anything happens.
2. Your Second Visit
This is one of our favorite visits — and we think it’ll be one of yours too. Your doctor will walk you through a full report of your scan results and how they connect to your health history, current challenges, and goals. From there, you’ll receive a personalized care plan and a clear path forward.
We believe in living intentionally and setting goals that actually move the needle — and this visit is where that journey begins.

Understanding Your Insight Scans
Rolling Thermal
This scan reveals the condition of your autonomic nervous system, which controls your organs, glands, and circulatory system.
When there are disturbances, what we call subluxations, along the spine, there are often temperature differences from side to side, due to inflammation and changes in blood flow.
Surface Electromyograph
This scan measures even the most minuscule amounts of electrical energy in the muscles along your spine.
Presence of a subluxation can disturb the function of the nervous system, producing irregular amounts of electrical activity in your muscles.
Heart Rate Variability
This scan measures your stress and energy levels by analyzing the rates and rhythms of your resting heart rate.
A visual representation is produced showing the balance between your Sympathetic and Parasympathetic nervous systems.

Our chiropractors primarily use the Diversified Technique — manual pressure applied to restricted areas of the spine to restore proper alignment and nervous system function. For patients who prefer a gentler approach, our doctors are also trained in activator and drop table techniques, so we can achieve the same results in a way that feels right for your body.

What if nothing is “wrong” or I’m not experiencing any pain?
You are the best guide to know when your health needs some attention – but are you listening to that? We can often tell when things feel “off” before we truly start to feel any major symptoms. Listen to your intuition! The healing mechanisms are already within you, sometimes they just need a little help. Chiropractic is one of the most natural, effective ways that you can ensure that you stay out of pain, and that your body is functioning and healing at 100%. Don’t wait until the chaos of symptoms shows up. Be proactive and take care of yourself with chiropractic.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance. We prefer to treat our patients with the care they need, not just what insurance allows them to have. This means that you get to dictate your health goals! We do utilize all HSA and FSA cards. If you are interested, you can submit your claims to your insurance company on your own with a superbill that we would be happy to provide.
How much will it cost for me to come?
Our new patient visits are $139 and we offer care plans with incredible value for your care beyond the first visit. The cost of these care plans is customized to you, and is not determined until our doctors are able to collaborate in discussion, evaluating your findings and health history. We also offer family discounts on our plans to make getting the whole family under care as convenient and affordable as possible.
I’m nervous. What should I expect?
We understand that chiropractic may be new to you, or you may have had a bad experience in the past. It is our utmost priority to make you feel comfortable and heard. How frequently can I expect to come?
There is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to your chiropractic journey. Based on our findings from your first visit, a custom care plan will be created for you with a frequency the doctors deem necessary in order to achieve the results we know you are seeking in this initial phase of care.
